Usage Policy

Operator: clickclick is provided by Analog Research & Design LLC, a California limited liability company (“Analog Research & Design,” “we,” or “us”).

This Policy defines acceptable and prohibited uses of the clickclick AI agent (“Service”).
By using the Service, you agree to comply with this Policy in addition to our Terms of Service.


Purpose

clickclick enables users to automate workflows and interact with their computers through a natural language or programmatic interface.
It is designed for productivity, development, and creative applications, not for unsupervised or destructive automation.


Acceptable Use

You may use clickclick to:

  • Automate permitted applications and workflows;
  • Test or develop scripts in authorized environments;
  • Enhance productivity and accessibility;
  • Explore human–AI collaboration within legal and ethical boundaries.

Prohibited Use

You must not use clickclick to:

  • Violate laws or regulations;
  • Access, modify, or damage systems without authorization;
  • Deploy or distribute malware;
  • Execute destructive file or system operations without explicit confirmation;
  • Circumvent licensing or access controls;
  • Violate privacy or intellectual property rights;
  • Use outputs to train or build competing AI or automation products.

User Supervision

The clickclick Agent operates under your direction. You must:

  • Review and confirm actions before execution;
  • Supervise automation that affects files, applications, or networks;
  • Maintain backups prior to high-risk tasks.

Experimental & Alpha Features

Some Service features are offered under Alpha or Beta release.
Such features may:

  • Be unstable or incomplete;
  • Change or be discontinued without notice;
  • Produce unintended or unsafe results.

You acknowledge these risks and agree to use them only for evaluation, not in production environments.


Reporting & Enforcement

Report misuse, security issues, or bugs to hello@clickclick.ly.

Analog Research & Design may suspend or revoke access if you violate this Policy or pose a safety risk.


Amendments

We may update this Policy periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
