Terms of Service
Operator: clickclick (“the Service”) is operated by Analog Research & Design LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of California, United States (“Analog Research & Design,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using clickclick, you (“User”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Definitions
- "clickclick,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Analog Research & Design LLC, which owns and operates the Service.
- “Service” means the clickclick desktop agent, APIs, automation tools, and associated websites (including accounts.clickclick.ly).
- “User” means any person or entity accessing or using the Service.
- “Agent” means the clickclick AI control-layer software capable of performing actions on the user’s device.
- “Inputs” mean data, files, prompts, or other information submitted by the User.
- “Outputs” mean responses, actions, or data produced by the Service.
- “Alpha Software” refers to pre-release versions of the Service that are experimental, incomplete, or unstable.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Usage Policy, which are incorporated by reference.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
License
Analog Research & Design grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not sublicense, resell, reverse-engineer, or modify the Service except as expressly permitted in writing.
Alpha Software Disclaimer
The Service is currently in an Alpha release. You acknowledge and agree that:
- The Service may contain bugs, errors, or interruptions;
- Features may change or be discontinued without notice;
- Data loss, instability, or unintended behavior may occur;
- You are responsible for backing up your data before use.
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, with no warranties of any kind. You use it at your own risk.
Scope of Functionality
By enabling the Agent, you authorize clickclick to perform limited control actions on your computer—including opening, closing, or interacting with applications, files, browser windows, and system interfaces—within the permissions you grant.
You are responsible for supervising the Agent’s actions, confirming all operations, and verifying results before reliance.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes;
- Review and validate all outputs before acting on them;
- Maintain system and file backups;
- Ensure inputs do not contain illegal, harmful, or confidential data without authorization;
- Supervise and monitor all automated actions performed by the Agent.
You remain solely responsible for any consequences arising from your inputs, configurations, or commands.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or malicious purposes;
- Circumvent security measures or access unauthorized systems;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or train competing AI systems using our outputs;
- Automate actions that cause harm, data loss, or privacy violations;
- Remove or obscure proprietary notices or disclaimers.
Ownership & Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service belong to Analog Research & Design LLC or its licensors.
You retain ownership of your Inputs and Outputs, subject to a limited license allowing us to process them for providing and improving the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your Inputs do not contain illegal, harmful, or confidential data without authorization.
Privacy & Data
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We do not store your personal data on our servers.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how it is used.
By using the Service, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of data as described in that Policy.
Disclaimers
The Service may rely on third-party software or APIs. We make no guarantees regarding compatibility, performance, or uptime.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You assume full responsibility for your use.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Analog Research & Design LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill;
- System failures or errors resulting from automation.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Service during the twelve months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Analog Research & Design LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Service;
- Your violation of these Terms or any law;
- Actions taken by the Agent at your direction.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service and destroy any copies in your possession.
Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
